It was a major production. Of course, why wouldn't it be when you have ABS CBN to back up such a project. The food was abundant. Drinks never stopped coming and TV celebrities left and right. Since I was with NP and AG, I didn't get to go around to take photos of the showbiz people. But to name a few, I saw Lucy Gomez, who looked stunning wearing her Randy and Jul Dizon earrings, Kris Aquino, Charlene Muhlach, Ruffa Gutierrez, Ogie Alcasid, Agot Isidro, Gelli de Belen, Claudine Baretto and Raymart Santiago. The ones who walked the ramp are Richard Gomez, Diether Ocampo, John Estrada and Dingdong Dantes. I am sure there were others but I am only human. I had my two VIP's to think about.

An event in Intercon? That's my initial reaction when I heard that this is where the MEGA Fashion Awards event will be held. I haven't been to this hotel in years! Last time was probably for Euphoria where I danced on the ledge more than 20 times to the beat of Break Out by Swing Out Sister.

Anyway, Robbie Carmona did an amazing job in transforming the ballroom into something great for a simple girl like me to the likes of her Majesty Imelda Marcos, who looked stunning in an emerald green dress.

The invitation stated that the event will start at 6:30 pm but dinner didn't start till 8:30 and the presentation of awards didn't start till 10:00 pm. I love MEGA Magazine and I like the phones of Samsung. I adore Sari Yap but one thing I did not like was the food. The fish was dry, the beef was impossible to cut with the knife and the dessert is not something I would expect from a hotel (cupcake, please see photo and try not to faint). My sister had the beef but was too tough that she had it exchanged for the fish.



Anyway, it was once again the company and the fact that MEGA paid tribute to the talents of Filipinos in the fashion industry that made this event worth going to.
